Admission Criteria:
The candidate desirous of pursuing the MBA (Full-time) Degree programme will have to apply to the institution with a valid KMAT/CMAT/ CAT score and a pass in Degree with 50% aggregate. Also undergo group discussion (GD) and interview at the Institute in order to qualify for admission. There shall be a University representative on the board of interview and group discussion.
Eligibility:
1. The eligibility for admission to MBA ( Full-time) Degree course under the University of Kerala is a pass in BA, B.Sc, B.Com with 50 % marks in aggregate in part III and for all other Degree 50 % marks in aggregate. The Degree shall be the one recognized by the University of Kerala. Candidates belonging to backward classes shall be given a relaxation of 2 % marks from the prescribed minimum marks for admission, for SC/ST as per University regulations. Students who are appearing for the final year examination are also eligible to apply.
2. Valid KMAT / CMAT / CAT Score.
Application Fee:
A fee of Rs.500/- for the application form should be paid online during the application registration. IF AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT IS NOT REFLECTING, PLEASE DO NOT PAY AGAIN, YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE REFLECTING IN THE END OF THE DAY AND YOU CAN LOGIN AND CONFIRM YOUR APPLICATION THE NEXT DAY. Guidelines for filling up Online Application Form:
Steps to be followed:
1. New Applicant needs to register with Name, Mobile Number, Email and Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY format).
2. The email address and Date of Birth ( DDMMYYYY format) entered will be used for login after registration.
3. Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances. The Institute will not be responsible for NON-RECEIPT of email, if the candidate has mentioned an incorrect/inactive Email ID.
4. Once registration is complete you can login with your email and Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format.
5. All mandatory fields in the application should be filled.
6. Remember you can SAVE and exit at any time before completing the application and can log in later to complete the application.
7. After filling all mandatory fields you need to CONFIRM the application. Once confirmed no further change in the entries are allowed.
8. Kindly make sure that you entered all informations correctly before confirming. Confirmed application is considered for rank list generation.
9. You can download the PDF of the application once the CONFIRMATION is done by logging in.
Things to be ready before submitting the online application
1. Applicants Photo:
Candidates need to upload passport size photo. Candidates will require a scanned/digital image of their photograph, dimensions 150 (Width) x 200 (Height) pixels (preferred) and file size should be between 10 kb-500 kb. (File formats: .jpg/.gif/.png)
2. Signature of Applicant and parent:
Candidates need to upload their signature as well as the signature of their parent. Candidate should also have a scanned image of their signature and parents. The Signature should not be in capital letters. The candidate and parent should sign on a white paper with black/blue ink pen. The preferred dimension for signature is 140 x 60 pixels and file size should be less than 200 kb. (File formats: .jpg/.gif/.png)
3. UG/Degree Mark sheet:
Candidates need to keep the softcopy of their UG/Degree mark sheets ready for uploading. File formats: .jpg/.gif/.png/.pdf with a file size less than 1 MB
Mode of Selection:
Admission to MBA programme Kerala Institute of Co-operative Management is based on the marks of qualifying exam and a valid KMAT/CMAT/ CAT score. The candidates will be called for GD and Personal Interview as part of the admission process. The date of GD and interview will be intimated to you in person via your registered email ID.
Final Rank List:
The final rank list of all candidates will be published on the college website and in the college notice board. All selected candidates will get information of their selection through an admission offer letter which will be sent through email.

Candidates need to produce the following documents for verification:
1) SSLC & +2 certificate
2) Consolidated mark sheet of Degree and Degree certificate in support of your educational qualification
3) KMAT /CMAT/ CAT score card
4) Transfer Certificate
5) Conduct Certificate
6) Caste/Community Certificate & Income Certificate (applicable only in the case of reservation community). The certificate should have been obtained within six months from the competent authority
